JaponicaBlossomCroppedEstablished in 2016 by Mikiko Ridd, Japonica Singers is a small, female choir which practices regularly in Putney, London. Singing a combination of western and Japanese choral arrangements, the group performed their first concert in 2018.

The name comes from the Chaenomeles japonica, which is the Japanese quince, a fruit which is said to be very good for the voice.
